proftpd не поддерживает загрузку файла, больше, чем 2 КБ

Просто установленный Webmin на Сервере Ubuntu с proftpd и теперь я могу соединиться с сервером и входом в систему с моим именем и паролем пользователя FTP, но когда я пытаюсь передать файл, маленькие файлы загружаются легко, но большие файлы застревают и приведенный к таймауту. Даже изображение на 200 КБ не загружает.
