Контроллеры домена не будут копировать

Я недавно удалил вторичный контроллер домена (сильно) и создал новый как вторичный для того же домена.

Проблема, то, что новое вторичное устройство видит основное устройство и его, но основное устройство не видит новое вторичное устройство.

Dcdiag на основном DC показывает:

Я погуглил и погуглил, но я все еще не могу получить его работающий правильно.

Основной DC является окнами 2008, вторичное устройство является 2012.

Как я могу, по крайней мере, решить эти проблемы, найденные в dcdiag? Действительно ли эти проблемы ответственны за основной DC, не бывший способный копировать во вторичное устройство, или это - отдельный вопрос?
