После изменения размеров зашифрованного устройства LVM машина занимает 4 часа для начальной загрузки

У меня есть хост под Хрипящим Debian.

Программное обеспечение виртуализации является qemu/KVM и использует Объемы LVM в качестве дисков для гостей.

Гости все были установлены с помощью debian хрипящее, полное шифрование диска, LVM (/начальная загрузка вне устройства удач, LVM, разделены на/, / домой, подкачка).

Два раза я должен был изменить размер диска для гостя с желанием вырастить / домашний объем гостя.

То, что я сделал, было:

  • Выключите машину
  • От хоста вырастите гостя объем LVM
  • От debian-cd1 загружают гостевую машину, с rescue/enable=true как дополнительный параметр начальной загрузки.
  • От той живой системы, chroot в гостевую систему (необходимый пароль)
  • От этого chroot, cryptsetup изменяют размер
  • Все еще в chroot, измените размер файловой системы
  • обновление-initramfs

И затем я перезагружаю машину (после того, как правильно размонтированное и закрытое устройство объемов и удач), и требуется несколько часов прежде, чем попросить у меня пароля.

Если кто-либо когда-либо испытывал это или знает об этой проблеме, что-то, что я действительно неправильно или так, сообщаю мне!

Иногда загрузка занимает больше времени, если у вас есть большие снимки состояния на VG. Проверьте с помощью «lvs», что вы не используете снимки ...
