SSH-вход на тот же компьютер с ssh-ключом постоянно запрашивает пароль

Я хочу, чтобы пользователь 'redmine' входил на тот же компьютер через ssh без пароля. Однако он всегда запрашивает пароль. Я использую Centos 7, у ключа нет пароля.

Содержимое домашнего каталога redmine:
