Получение необработанного исключения при запуске / установке nuget

Попытка установить nuget в Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS. У меня возникают ошибки, и я не знаю, как исправить что-то из этого состояния.

nuget не запускается, выдает следующую ошибку необработанного исключения о System.Console .

To попробуйте исправить, я сделал это:

sudo apt --fix-broken install -y >log.txt 2>&1
