Я понял это после долгих исследований. Проблема заключалась в том, что срок действия самоподписанного сертификата, созданного диспетчером рабочего процесса, истек. Сначала мне пришлось запустить следующий сценарий Powershell на моем сервере рабочего процесса
Set-WFCertificate -SslCertificateThumbprint <thumbprint> -EncryptionCertificateThumbprint <thumbprint>
Set-WFNextOutboundCertificateReference -ServiceURI https://server.domain:12290/ -Thumbprint <thumbprint>
Stop-WFHost
Update-WFHost
Start-WFHost
Set-WFNextOutboundCertificateAsCurrent -ServiceURI https://server.domain:12290/
Затем мне пришлось экспортировать сертификат из Internet Explorer в виде X.509 с кодировкой Base 64 (.cer)
Затем на моей ферме SharePoint мне пришлось установить сертификат, который я только что экспортировал в хранилище доверенных сертификатов, используя следующую оболочку Powershell
$cert = Get-PfxCertificate "FULLY QUALIFIED PATH TO Cert"
New-SPTrustedRootAuthority -Name "Dev Workflow Farm Cert" -Certificate $cert
