KVM-QEMU Скорость гостевой памяти Windows

Как увеличить скорость памяти в гостевой ОС Windows, работающей на гипервизоре KVM-QEMU?

Скорость памяти в гостевой системе Ubuntu и Windows 2016 Server на одном узле сильно различается. Тот же тестовый инструмент насчитывает прибл. 20 ГБ на Ubuntu VS 7 ГБ на Windows.

Похоже, проблема qemu vs kvm, но мы не можем найти, что именно. В гостевой системе мы пытаемся установить стабильные и последние версии драйверов из Fedora https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/creating-windows-virtual-machines-using-virtio-drivers/ , но не помогло.
