Nginx + PHP index.php не найден 404

Я использую debian 9 с nginx 12 и php7.1

Я установил все необходимое. Nginx не дает мне ничего в журнале ошибок, все скрипты PHP работают на 100% нормально. Nginx индексирует index.html как index, но НЕ находит index.php и возвращает 404, хотя у меня он установлен в конфигурации nginx.
