MySql не запускается [закрыто]

«Привет, у меня есть довольно недавняя установка MySql на DigitalOcean.

И по какой-то причине я не могу запустить MySql.

Я пробовал mysqlupgrade , но это не сработало, поскольку mysql не запущен.
