Exchange 2013 PowerShell EMS не работает

Я получаю следующую ошибку при открытии EMS на моем локальном сервере 2013 (или удаленно). EMS работала нормально до недавнего времени, и я не уверен, что вызвало проблему. Я прочитал много статей и сообщений на форуме, и ни одно из предложений не сработало.
