Путь обычно /home/USERNAME для cPanel-связанных файлов пользователя. public-html каталог - то, где веб-файлы на самом деле находятся (т.е. от http://example.org/index.html вытянули бы /home/example/public_html/index.html принятие cPanel имени пользователя было бы example и что пользователь разместил бы example.org на своем occount).

You can't actually do this thru the IIS Manager console, but what you can do is edit the C:\Windows\system32\inetsrv\config\applicationHost.config' file. Find the relatednode and update thepath` attribute.
