Мой маленький ноутбук работает под управлением MS-Windows 8, и я больше не получаю обновления Windows.
Я весь день искал решение и пока что пришел с пустыми руками. Все предложенные решения не объясняют, что на самом деле могло быть не так. Я пытался удалить "базу данных", которая ' раньше знали, что было обновлено (папка SoftwareDistribution ), и несколько раз перезагружались после нескольких других попыток, но ничто не обходит то, что в настоящее время блокирует установку.

Хорошо, я нашел страницу с решением. Конечно, не похоже, что этот ответ имеет какое-либо отношение к установке, но это явно так. DSM заблокирован, потому что в своей голове, несмотря ни на что, он должен позаботиться об установке этого устройства. Если драйвер устройства не может быть найден, он просит диспетчер установки (который используется совместно с автоматическими обновлениями Windows) приостановить. Это происходит снова и снова ... и препятствует любой другой правильной установке.
Сначала откройте окно Устройства и принтеры
Оказавшись там, щелкните правой кнопкой мыши по устройству, которое вызывает проблемы. В моем случае. это был сам компьютер. В меню отобразится параметр Параметры установки устройства .
Это меню приведет вас к окну настроек, в котором говорится:
«автоматически устанавливает для вас файлы (даже если я не могу этого сделать и заблокирую все другие установки не происходят, пока вы не найдете это окно, ха! ха! ха!) "

Измените выбор следующим образом:
Нажмите Сохранить изменения , и если у вас та же проблема, что и у меня (т. Е. DSM сообщает, что задерживает и делает это снова и снова), тогда именно это вызовет автоматическое обновление.
Также , если вы видите устройства, о которых не имеете ни малейшего представления и уверены, что не используете, вы также можете удалить их прямо сейчас.
