Невозможно получить доступ к ilo с помощью .Net или Java irc.exe.manifest сделал неуспешно

iLO 3 - 1.80

При использовании удаленной консоли ни .NET, ни Java с использованием IE или Firefox не работают. При использовании .NET из IE или Firefox я получаю эту ошибку:
